This guide provides an overview of key features in Pingboard and the process for completing your profile.

 

Getting Started

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to your Okta homepage and log in with your credentials.
  2. On your Okta dashboard, click Pingboard.
  3. Select Edit Profile
  4. Under the Basics tab, select Add Your Photo (helps people recognize you!)
    • Please use a clear face photo of yourself (without sunglasses, hats, masks, friends, family members, etc.) and no cartoons.
  5. Upload a file from your computer or copy and paste a link, then follow the prompts to finish importing your new photo.
  6. On the About Me section, feel free to include Skills, How to Pronounce My Name, Interests, and any other fun facts you’d like to share.

See how Trace3 is structured. Click on teams or individuals to view reporting lines and contact details. Great for understanding who does what and where to go for support!

 

👤 Teammate Directory

Search by name, team, title, or location. Use filters to find coworkers with shared interests or skill sets.

 

💡 Who's Who

Get to know your teammates with profile fun facts like favorite snacks, pets, or dream vacation spots. Perfect for new hires or cross-functional collaboration.

 

🌟 Shoutouts and Recognition through Applause

Use Pingboard to give public praise to coworkers. Celebrate milestones like birthdays and work anniversaries using the Applause feature!

 

📲 Mobile App Access

Download the Pingboard mobile app for quick access on the go. Available for iOS and Android.

 

📌 Tips for Success

  • Keep your profile updated—it helps others connect with you more easily.
